Hexamind Social stores the minimum information needed to provide your workspace: connected TikTok profile details, public video metadata, aggregate engagement metrics, synchronization history, and the media files you choose to store in your connected Drive.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are never sent to the browser. Client secrets remain server-side.
Connected-account data is used only to provide dashboards, reporting, content planning, draft delivery, and publishing requested by the workspace owner. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Disconnect TikTok revokes the current token and removes it from the server. You can delete workspace content and its linked Drive files in the workspace. Access requests can be made through the support channel provided in your workspace.
